    I ordered from you on Etsy before, but I don't see my item here. Can I re-order?

    A: Absolutely. Whether you had a custom order, or a specific stamped tag...or even a shape that you don't see listed here on our website- I will be HAPPY to get another order prepared for you. Just send me an email and we'll get started on that for you!

    Do you accept custom orders?

    A: Yes! If you are a business owner with a logo, I can get your logo onto the tag style of your choice. Please email me for custom order details if this is a service you need.

    Can I sell your tags in my retail shop?

    A: Yes, we do offer resale tag packs. Please email us for all the details.

    Do you offer wholesale?

    A: YES! We do not have a separate login area for our wholesale buyers. If you are interested in wholesale, please contact me through email and I will discuss the wholesale terms with you and provide you with our wholesale discount code.

    What is your turn around time for orders?

    A: I make every effort to process and ship all orders 3-5 days after the order is received. If there is a delay with your order, you will be contacted immediately. Custom orders generally process and ship between 7-10 days. 

    How are my items shipped?

    A: I ship all orders via USPS First Class Mail. This is the most economical way to send orders. If you need your items quickly, I am happy to send them via Priority or Overnight Express, but the buyer is responsible for those additional costs.

    Where is my package?

    A: Every order is assigned a tracking number once it ships. You can check the status of your order and use the tracking number I provide to check on your shipment. Once the package leaves my hands, I have no control over the speed it travels. I also cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.

    Do you offer a refund?

    A: If you need to return items, you MUST contact me within 5 days of receiving the package. Refunds are issued in the form in which they were paid for and are only issued for the item itself. Shipping charges ARE NOT refundable. The buyer is also responsible for return shipping costs. If you are returning an item, the item must be sent back in its original and UNUSED condition.
